About
ABOUT ME:
I am a visionary artist and performer for the last 20 years creating an integrated art/life practice. All of the transformational art eventually was subtly unblocking me energetically and led to deep personal transformation and awakening. I have gone to many therapists, and energy workers for healing and studied many methods. I am trained as an Art Therapist where I studied Neuroscience, and Expressive Arts. I focused on existential therapy, metaphysical philosophy, and somatics. I am also a Shamanic Reiki Master and those two opposing poles mean my knowledge is vast, complex, and varied.
What has helped me, grown me, and transformed me is the awareness of the interconnectedness of all things, my personal experiences, and my vision. I have created a methodology that is based on my spiritual practices. As a child, my parents followed a guru and I learned how to transcendentally meditate at age 11. It was confusing to have these intense spiritual astral experiences and yet still struggle, be confused, and be in physical pain. As an adult, I kept struggling with addictions, alcoholism, co-dependency, trauma, poverty, and mental illnesses. Even after 16 years of therapy, I was still holding onto the same pain and suffering.
When I began getting regular Reiki energy work, seeing tarot readers, psychics, cranial-sacral, Tibetan massage, EMDR, shamans, and healers of all kinds my energy vibration changed. But I was still caught in the loop that someone else needed to help me. Once I discovered all I had to do was pick up the tools of therapy, make my art about my struggles, and tap into my higher self my life really changed. It was natural to let go of old patterns, blocks, and suffering.
Daily meditation, energy work, and prayer have led me to have amazing experiences in altered states in the quantum field, astral planes, and spirit worlds. The experiences I had as a child came full circle and I realized my purpose. I literally asked the universe how can I help others see themselves as divine, connected, and see their problems differently. Theta arts uses the tools of art therapy, shamanism, and meditation in a remote multi-dimensional healing practice.

If ever a youngster or aspiring bohemian should ask me how best to become a living, breathing work of art, I would send them immediately to LUX LUNA, aka HEREACLITUS, for lessons. "Live as this person lives," I would say. "Ask them many questions, and follow them around, wherever they go. Do everything they tell you to do, and you, too, may one day become art."
For in truth, no one I've met can encapsulate or express the concept of living art better than LUX LUNA/HEREACLITUS. Wherever they go, the world becomes more beautiful. Wherever they walk, smiles and happiness and flowers abound. Images and scenes and pieces of worlds spring forth from their lips, their hands, their joyful eyes and their colorful raiments. It is a sight to behold, a rare gift in an oft-challenging world.
What is their secret? I'll give you a hint: they are attuned to the spirit realm, in ways most mortals can't begin to imagine. The spring from which all magic flows, which most of us are lucky to taste in dribbles and droplets, is a roaring river cascading through LUX aka HERE. This is why working with them on an intuitive reading is such a rewarding experience. I highly recommend that you sit with them for an hour, and hear what the spirits reveal to you through them.

I enjoyed the most wonderful session with Lux to day! They provided some highly accurate and unprompted insight and messages from the Sprit during our session which boggled my mind. I've been friends with them for over multiple decades and they still are the same exact authentic human that I was enamoured with in art school. I find myself searching for more glowing words I could use to describe my experience connecting with them.
